2020 President Fergus Greaney

Fergus Greaney the President of Craddockstown Golf Club in the year of our Lord 2020 along with committees and support people aim to make Craddockstown Golf Club a better place to be for all of our members. Fergus’s aim is to work at taking Craddockstown Golf Club which is well regarded in the golfing community to even greater heights. Fergus also aims to increase the membership in all categories and work towards harmony and common purpose in both playing clubs. Also in his tenure he hope’s that services to all members will improve in every aspects of the clubs performance that is from the playing of golf, the catering facility and professional services provided from the management team. The vista and presentation of how our club looks and plays for members and visitors is also a priority for Fergus.
Before being accepted as President Fergus worked on Committees for nine years, and is a founder member of our club. Fergus was a Manager in his professional life in the Public Service and currently a consultant in Occupational Management. Fergus has gained a lot of experience over his now sixty one years and hope’s he can bring those experiences to the benefit of our club. Fergus enjoy’s golf and friends and look’s forward to meeting you on or off the course.

2020 Captain Pat Hennebry

Pat has been a member of Craddockstown since 1990 and plays off a handicap of 13. Pat enjoys reading and listening to music from the 70's and 80's in his spare time. While working full time in Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Pat still manages to play his golf and is looking forward to his year ahead as Captain.

2020 Lady Captain Anne Chalkley

Anne has been a member of Craddockstown since 1999 and has enjoyed playing on teams representing her Club. She has always been involved in sport, playing Netball and Hockey at school, then Basketball and at present golf and sking. By preserving what's good in the old and embracing what's good in the new, she is looking forward to the continued development of our club this year in her role as Lady Captain.

2020 Junior Captain Charlie Sheridan

Charlie is currently in 5th year and a good all round student. He is also a keen horse racing fan and goes as often as time allows him. Probably his biggest thing outside golf is his hurling which he is very good at. He played in three U 14 county hurling finals from the age of 12, 13 and 14 scoring in all three an average of 8 pts. His biggest day was probably in 2016 at the age of 13, he won an all Ireland hurling final in the feile competition down In Waterford I T against Sixmilebridge of Clare scoring 1 05.
